NetworkSpinal® · November 28–29, 2026

Discover what life feels like when your nervous system is fully attuned to who you truly are. To the you who is not defined by trauma, illness, or the patterns you have accumulated along the way.
What is NetworkSpinal®?
Your body is constantly sensing itself and the information coming from the world around you. Based on this information, it adapts, self-regulates and, when necessary, reorganizes itself.
In the NetworkSpinal® approach, this is referred to as the body’s innate intelligence: its ability to continuously respond to what is happening within you and around you.
The more fully your nervous system can access this information, the more freely it can respond to the reality of the present moment — rather than relying only on patterns formed in the past. This can open the possibility of new, sometimes unexpected responses that arise spontaneously and creatively.
This capacity is always present within us, but we do not always have the same degree of access to it. Physical and emotional strain, stress and difficult experiences may lead the nervous system to develop patterns of functioning and protection that, in a given situation, support survival and adaptation.
Over time, however, these patterns may remain even after the original situation is no longer present. In these cases, we may have less access to certain bodily sensations and information, and the system may respond more readily from past experience than from what is actually happening here and now.
This is where NetworkSpinal® comes in.
From the NetworkSpinal® perspective, the aim is not to “fix” the body from the outside or to force change. In NetworkSpinal®, each individual session received by a participant is called an entrainment. During an entrainment, the practitioner uses gentle, precise touches at specific areas of the spine. These touches may provide signals to the nervous system that can help it perceive new information about itself.
As more information becomes available, there may be a greater opportunity for the body to respond not automatically from previous patterns, but in ways that are more appropriate to the reality of the present moment.
The practitioner does not create the change.
Your own nervous system and body provide the response.
„For me, a NetworkSpinal session feels as if there were two speakers right next to my ears, and I was the one coming through them. Everything else disappears — there is only me, listening to myself.”

When might NetworkSpinal be of interest to you?
Some people come because they want to move beyond a long-standing problem. Others are fundamentally well, but are curious about how they might function with even greater freedom, flexibility and capacity.
If you'd like to move beyond a problem
- You have already tried many things, but the problem keeps returning.
- You have done a lot of work on yourself, but still feel stuck and nothing seems to help you move forward.
- Anxiety or panic sometimes feels so overwhelming that you struggle to hold yourself together emotionally.
- You regularly experience pain in your lower back, back or neck.
- You live with a herniated disc, scoliosis or another spinal problem.
- You often feel tension or stiffness in your body and find it difficult to truly relax.
If you sense that more is possible
- You would like to develop an even deeper connection with your body and become more attuned to its signals.
- You would like to adapt more flexibly to stress, change and life's challenges.
- You would like to have more energy, presence and inner resources available in your everyday life.
- You would like to sense life's calling more deeply and notice increasingly subtle signals within yourself and around you.
- You want to get even more out of your life – you are longing for more.
Whether you want to move beyond a difficulty, or you sense that there is more within you than you can currently access, NetworkSpinal offers a new possibility to explore what your system is capable of.
NetworkSpinal does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Some conditions may require medical evaluation and care.
„I felt immediate relief in my back pain, and the whole experience gave me a great deal of energy. The most significant part was beginning to experience my body as a more freely flowing, connected whole.”
„My neck improved tremendously, which in itself was a huge relief. But the greatest benefit for me was mental: I feel much happier and more balanced.”
The quotes reflect the participants’ personal experiences; individual experiences and results may vary.
Meet the doctors who will guide you through the weekend
Dr. Stefania Capitanio and Dr. Christian Hubschmid share two short conversations about how NetworkSpinal® works and what you can expect at the two-day event in Budapest this November.
What happens during a NetworkSpinal® session?
Why are such gentle touches used? What role does the nervous system play? And how is this approach different from what you might initially expect from a chiropractic session?
What can you expect during the weekend?
How are the two days structured, what might you experience during the individual entrainments, and how can the successive sessions build on one another?
