Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cService Provider\u201d)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

2. Scope of these Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of self-awareness programmes, groups, workshops, trainings, retreats, lectures, individual self-awareness and therapeutic processes, and other related services organised or provided by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n

The specific terms applicable to each programme \u2013 including, in particular, its content, location, dates, participation fee, payment schedule and any specific cancellation conditions \u2013 are set out in the description of the relevant programme or in the information provided during registration.<\/p>\n

Where the specific terms of a programme differ from these Terms and Conditions, the specific terms expressly communicated in relation to that programme shall prevail.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

3. Nature of the Services<\/h2>\n

The self-awareness services provided by the Service Provider are intended to support, among other things, self-awareness, consciousness, personal development, human relationships and the development of individual resources.<\/p>\n

The services do not constitute healthcare, medical or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy requiring a healthcare qualification.<\/p>\n

The services provided by the Service Provider are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or other healthcare treatment where such treatment is indicated.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider does not diagnose or treat mental disorders or other illnesses.<\/p>\n

Individual self-awareness and therapeutic processes<\/h3>\n

The Service Provider may also provide individual self-awareness, supportive and therapeutic processes. Depending on the specific service and the professional competence of the practitioner providing it, various self-awareness, psychological, somatic, body-oriented and other methods may be used.<\/p>\n

The precise nature, framework, duration and fee of the individual process are determined for the relevant service.<\/p>\n

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the terms \u201cself-awareness therapy\u201d, \u201ctherapeutic process\u201d or similar descriptions do not mean healthcare or psychotherapy requiring a healthcare qualification and do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care where such care is indicated.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

4. Participant Responsibility<\/h2>\n

Participation in programmes is voluntary.<\/p>\n

Participants are responsible for considering whether their physical and psychological condition allows them to participate safely in the relevant programme.<\/p>\n

If a participant is aware of any physical or psychological condition that may affect safe participation, they must disclose this during registration or, at the latest, before the programme begins, insofar as knowledge of that condition is necessary for safe participation.<\/p>\n

In case of doubt, it is the participant's responsibility to seek the opinion of an appropriate healthcare professional.<\/p>\n

Participants may decide whether to take part in individual exercises in accordance with their own boundaries and may indicate if they do not wish to participate in a particular exercise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

5. Registration and Formation of the Contract<\/h2>\n

Registration for programmes may take place through a registration form on the website or by another method specified by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n

Submission of a registration does not necessarily constitute automatic acceptance into the programme.<\/p>\n

Where participation in a programme is subject to a preliminary consultation, registration questionnaire, interview or other selection process, the Service Provider is entitled to decide separately whether to accept the applicant.<\/p>\n

The contract is concluded when the registration has been accepted by the Service Provider and, where payment is required, the prescribed registration fee, advance payment or participation fee has been paid.<\/p>\n

Longer-term group processes<\/h3>\n

For longer-term, closed group processes consisting of multiple sessions, the initial stage of the programme \u2013 typically the first session \u2013 may serve as an opportunity for both the participant and the Service Provider to decide whether they wish to continue working together.<\/p>\n

If the participant subsequently commits to the full group process, that commitment applies to the entire predetermined duration of the group process.<\/p>\n

At the time of commitment, the participant shall be clearly informed of the total programme fee, payment terms, duration of the programme and the financial consequences of leaving the programme before its completion.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

6. Participation Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n

The total fee for each service and the applicable payment terms are specified in the description of the relevant programme or in the information provided during registration.<\/p>\n

Payment may be made, in particular, by bank transfer or online card payment.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider issues invoices for payments in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

Longer-term, multi-session group processes<\/h3>\n

In the case of a longer-term, closed group process consisting of multiple sessions, by committing to the programme the participant purchases the full group process<\/strong> and undertakes to pay the total participation fee for the programme.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider may allow the participant to pay the total participation fee in predetermined instalments rather than in a single payment.<\/p>\n

Payment by instalments constitutes a payment facility only<\/strong> and does not mean that individual sessions are purchased separately. The subject matter of the contract is the entire group process.<\/p>\n

At the time of commitment, the Service Provider may require advance payment of the fee corresponding to the final session of the programme. Where the final session lasts several days, the amount payable in advance shall correspond to the full fee for that session, but at least the participation fee corresponding to two programme days.<\/p>\n

Any amount paid in advance in this manner forms part of and is credited towards the total programme fee.<\/p>\n

The exact total programme fee, payment schedule and conditions of commitment are specified in the information applicable to the relevant programme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

7. Cancellation, Withdrawal from a Programme and Refunds<\/h2>\n

7.1 Cancellation before the programme begins<\/h3>\n

A participant may cancel their participation at least 30 days before the start of the programme.<\/p>\n

In this case, participation fees already paid will be refunded, except for any registration or other application fee that was clearly identified in advance as non-refundable.<\/p>\n

If participation is cancelled within 30 days before the programme begins, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid, unless the specific conditions of the relevant programme provide otherwise.<\/p>\n

7.2 Replacement participant<\/h3>\n

In the event of cancellation, a participant may propose another person to take their place.<\/p>\n

Due to the nature of self-awareness programmes and group processes, however, a place in a programme cannot be transferred automatically.<\/p>\n

The proposed replacement must satisfy the participation requirements of the relevant programme and, where the programme includes a preliminary consultation, interview or other selection process, must participate in that process.<\/p>\n

Transfer of the place becomes effective only if the replacement participant has been expressly accepted into the programme by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n

If the replacement participant takes over the original participant's place and the associated payment obligations, the original participant's remaining payment obligation shall cease accordingly. The Service Provider will not charge two full participation fees for the same place in a programme.<\/p>\n

7.3 Leaving a longer-term group process<\/h3>\n

Following commitment to a longer-term, multi-session, closed group process, the participant's payment obligation relates to the total participation fee for the entire group process.<\/p>\n

A place is reserved for the participant for the full duration of the process, and the group process constitutes a coherent whole from both a professional and group-dynamic perspective.<\/p>\n

If, following commitment, the participant decides to discontinue their participation, fails to attend one or more sessions, or permanently leaves the group, this does not in itself result in a reduction of the total programme fee or a proportionate refund of amounts already paid.<\/p>\n

This also applies where the Service Provider has allowed the total participation fee to be paid in instalments instead of as a single payment.<\/p>\n

Payment in instalments is solely a payment facility and does not constitute separate contracts for individual sessions.<\/p>\n

The amount paid in advance for the final session at the time of commitment is non-refundable if the participant leaves the programme and is credited towards the outstanding total programme fee.<\/p>\n

If the departing participant's place is taken over by a replacement participant accepted by the Service Provider in accordance with Section 7.2, the departing participant's future payment obligation shall cease from the point at which the replacement participant enters the programme and assumes the corresponding payment obligation.<\/p>\n

7.4 Discretionary exceptions<\/h3>\n

In the event of particularly compelling and unforeseen circumstances, serious health-related circumstances or other circumstances deserving special consideration, the Service Provider may, at its sole discretion, grant a partial or full payment reduction, defer payment or provide a refund.<\/p>\n

Any such discretionary decision does not amend the general provisions of these Terms and Conditions and does not create an automatic entitlement in other cases.<\/p>\n

7.5 Cancellation of individual sessions<\/h3>\n

A pre-arranged individual session may be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before its scheduled start time, or may be rescheduled subject to availability.<\/p>\n

If an individual session is cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, the full fee for the session remains payable. Where payment has already been made, the amount paid will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

If the participant fails to attend the agreed appointment without prior cancellation, the full fee for the session is also payable.<\/p>\n

If the session is cancelled by the Service Provider or by the practitioner providing the individual process, the participant may select a new appointment or, where payment has already been made, request a refund of the fee for that session.<\/p>\n

In particularly compelling and unforeseen circumstances, the Service Provider may, at its discretion, depart from the above cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

8. Consumer Right of Withdrawal and Termination<\/h2>\n

Where a consumer contract is concluded at a distance, including online, the consumer may have a statutory right of withdrawal or, in the case of services, termination without giving reasons, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

Applicable legislation provides for certain exceptions to these rights.<\/p>\n

In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, where the relevant service falls within this statutory exception.<\/p>\n

Where the consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal or termination in relation to a particular service, the cancellation provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not restrict that statutory right.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

9. Cancellation or Modification by the Service Provider<\/h2>\n

The Service Provider reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to change the date, location, programme or contributing professionals of a programme, provided that such modification does not disproportionately alter the essential nature of the service.<\/p>\n

If a programme is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Service Provider and is not held at an appropriate alternative time, the Service Provider will refund the participation fee already paid.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider shall not be liable for changes or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.<\/p>\n

In such circumstances, the Service Provider will endeavour to reach a reasonable and fair solution with participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

10. Conduct and Safety<\/h2>\n

Participants must respect the physical and emotional boundaries, human dignity and privacy of other participants during programmes.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider may refuse or terminate a person's participation if their conduct endangers their own safety or that of others, seriously disrupts the programme, or seriously or repeatedly violates the boundaries or human dignity of other participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

11. Confidentiality in Group Programmes<\/h2>\n

Trust between participants is fundamental to the safe functioning of group self-awareness programmes.<\/p>\n

Participants undertake to keep confidential the personal stories, disclosures and personal information concerning other participants that come to their knowledge during the programme and not to disclose such information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned.<\/p>\n

Participants remain free to discuss their own experiences, provided that they do not disclose information that could identify other participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

12. Photographs, Audio and Video Recordings<\/h2>\n

The Service Provider will use identifiable photographs, audio recordings or video recordings of participants for marketing or public communication purposes only in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

Participants may not record or publish photographs, audio recordings or video recordings in which another participant is identifiable without that person's consent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

13. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

Written, audiovisual and other professional materials, exercise descriptions and methodological content provided during programmes may be protected by copyright.<\/p>\n

Such materials are provided for participants' personal use. They may not be used commercially, reproduced, taught or distributed publicly without permission.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

14. Data Protection<\/h2>\n

The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the separate Privacy Notice<\/a> available on the website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

15. Complaints<\/h2>\n

Participants may submit complaints concerning the services to:<\/p>\n

The Service Provider handles complaints in accordance with applicable Hungarian consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n

16. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions prospectively. The current version is available on the website.<\/p>\n

Any amendment shall not retroactively modify the terms of contracts already concluded to the detriment of the participant.<\/p>\n

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not in itself affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p>\n
